COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES
Power Analysis
Dual underground 2.5 MVA dedicated circuits deliver power to the campus from substation. Future expansion to 60 MVA via Georgia Power expected in Q4 2027 via on-site substation.
Power Usage Effectiveness
The Resilience Series achieves a Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) of 1.2, outperforming the industry average of 1.6. Designed for exceptional efficiency and performance, the Resilience Series addresses the increasing energy demands of data centers driven by advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) from companies like NVIDIA and AMD.
Cooling Solutions
Overwatch Capital has partnered with best-in-class technology providers to deliver an AI-enabled solution with a leading PUE of 1.15 - 1.25, designed to offer customers an innovative and flexible platform. Overwatch Capital leverages CDUs that support scalable power densities from air to water to immersion including 50 kW RDH, 135 kW DLC, and higher-density immersion capabilities using patented vacuum technology. These systems eliminate the need for leak detection and manual water valve shutoff, providing seamless, future-proof cooling for large-scale AI training and inference deployments.
Fiber Analysis
Four Points of Entry (POEs) serve the data center campus. ATT has available DWDM and other network services. Crown Castle has existing network facilities adjacent to site. WOW/Astound has fiber adjacent to the south, with DWDM, IP transit access. This site can leverage 55 Marietta, which provides access between sites for active/active replication over 137 miles with 2.74 MS latency metrics, without issues with AI inference performance.
