COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES
Power Analysis
Dual underground 12.5 MVA dedicated circuits deliver power to the campus via 2 diverse substations. Additionally, on-site natural gas power generation has been deployed to support IT capacity through a bridge power thesis.
Power Usage Effectiveness
The Resilience Series achieves a Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) of 1.2, outperforming the industry average of 1.6. Designed for exceptional efficiency and performance, the Resilience Series addresses the increasing energy demands of data centers driven by advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) from companies like NVIDIA and AMD.
Cooling Solutions
Overwatch Capital has partnered with best-in-class technology providers to deliver an AI-enabled solution with a leading PUE of 1.15 - 1.25, designed to offer customers an innovative and flexible platform. Overwatch Capital leverages CDUs that support scalable power densities from air to water to immersion including 50 kW RDH, 135 kW DLC, and higher-density immersion capabilities using patented vacuum technology. These systems eliminate the need for leak detection and manual water valve shutoff, providing seamless, future-proof cooling for large-scale AI training and inference deployments.
Fiber Analysis
Four Points of Entry (POEs) serve the data center campus. Everstream offers dark fiber, DWDM, and other network services. GLO Fiber has existing network infrastructure in place to provide diverse dark fiber and DWDM connectivity. Sprint has fiber located 1,200 feet to the east, with easy access to DWDM and IP transit via the Cogent backbone and upgraded facilities. The site features diverse metro fiber connectivity into Cologix in Columbus, enabling access to peering, CDN services, and direct connections to cloud on-ramps. With latency of just 0.72 ms over 36.07 miles to the Columbus interconnection hub, the site is well below the 10 ms threshold required for Inference AI applications.
