ALWAYS-ON DATA CENTERS
Overwatch Capital is developing high-density data centers designed to solve acute space, power, and heat problems associated with forthcoming high-density data center applications. Our Resilience Series Microgrid Powered AI Data Centers are designed to capture waste heat to deliver lower PUE's for our customers. Our Always-On Microgrids are designed for with carbon capture technology to drive the platform towards a Net Zero data center environment. The combination of natural gas and solar power generation, coupled with advanced battery energy storage systems ensure N+1 redundancy for our data center customers.

ENERGY STORAGE
Our Battery Energy Storage Systems provide uninterruptible power, so our microgrids can now be decentralized and distributed. These Battery Energy Storage Solutions create value not only for back up power in the data centers, but also generate additional revenue streams through various energy services we can deliver to our electric utility partners. These services include energy arbitrage, demand response, frequency regulation, spinning reserves and distribution deferral. The combination of our fuel cell and linear generator power generation systems and integrated energy storage provide the platform for our islanded and grid-tied micro grids.

MODULAR MICROGRIDS
Our Fuel Cell and Linear Generator power systems enable Overview to leverage natural gas, renewable natural gas and other sustainable fuel sources to provide primary power for the data centers and other on campus assets we develop. The oxide fuel cells also provide an electrochemical pathway to convert the methane in the biogas directly to electricity without combustion and provide power to the grid and our data centers. Beyond primary power generation, our systems allow the clean energy power plants to capture CO2, turn waste heat into energy, reduce methane emissions and provide guaranteed power through our always on microgrid systems deployed across the U.S.

COLD STORAGE & FOOD
The waste heat and CO2 captured in the data centers and clean energy power plants provide incredible synergies that dramatically reduce energy consumption for cold storage facilities, high-tech glass greenhouses and other sustainable food operations. By capturing the waste heat from the data centers we are able to secure additional investment tax credits and use the waste heat to run absorption chillers in cold storage and greenhouse facilities. Overwatch can also capture CO2 from our clean power generation systems to reduce our carbon footprint and use the CO2 for injection into greenhouses and achieve a zero carbon footprint for all of the facilities we build, own and operate.
