Overwatch Capital Acquires 150,000SF High-Density Data Center Facility in Plano, Texas

RESILIENCE DFW

Resilience DFW is a premier 150,000-square-foot hardened powered shell Class A data center facility located at 6815 Communications Parkway, Plano, Texas. This state-of-the-art facility will serve as a high-density, AI-enabled data center powered primarily by proprietary clean energy microgrids. Currently LEED Certified, the facility was built to the highest standards of data center infrastructure, and will serve as the flagship location for Overwatch Capital’s Resilience Series data centers. Phase I will feature a 30 MW data center powered by a 36 MW clean energy microgrid, with plans to scale to 50 MW of data center capacity and 60 MW of clean energy microgrid.
